The pickup time you requested was 6:50 AM, and I sent a message at 6:51 AM saying I was 7 minutes away. You texted that you were heading to the meeting point at 6:59 AM, and your last message “At the lights” came at 7:02 AM. Actually you arrived at the pickup point around 7:04 AM.

Regarding the luggage, I sincerely apologize for the bag dropping. It was an accident while trying to help load your luggage carefully. The fall was from approximately 1.5 feet, not 3 feet, and I made sure to check that nothing was damaged.

I always strive to offer punctual, safe, and respectful service — especially for families traveling with young children — and I appreciate your acknowledgment of the van's condition and baby seat preparation.
