Good morning Peter Disappointed with the service. We waited outside airport for 30 mins inspite of confirmed booking. I tried for more than half an hour to get in touch with you guys outside the airport. We were first time coming to Australia from New Zealand Both countries known for good service I was thinking to hire your service to drop us on the airport on 14th of November but I will think twice . First, you mentioned having to wait for 30 minutes. We made every effort to avoid any delay, sending emails both the day before and on the day of the booking, asking you to inform us as soon as you collected your luggage. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any notification from you, and we also left a message on your phone, which wasn’t acknowledged.
Secondly, in regards to locating the vehicle, our driver actually went above and beyond to assist you. He left the van in the parking area and came all the way to the entrance to personally escort you. We made this extra effort to make things easier for you.
Our driver was quite surprised by the review, as he mentioned that you were in good spirits and seemed satisfied throughout the ride. He was glad to have provided you with a safe, pleasant journey to your destination, and it’s disheartening to receive this negative feedback after all our efforts to ensure a smooth experience.
