We are a repeat customer and we continue to find the service very good & reliable. The reservation was very easy and fuss free. We were promptly acknowledged & responded to. The reminder services were very good, and provided assurance. The pickup at the designated public pickup place was smooth & easy. We were called on our mobile of expected time after we TEXT subsequent to custom clearance. All very smooth. The ride home was smooth and was made on the best route despite the toll. We had 2 bike boxes as well as suitcases so needed a big enough vehicle. Emailed EasyGo with all the details and they turned up on time with a luggage trailer. Also used them for a very early pick up to go back to the airport and again arrived on time. How airport transfers should be
Our plane, an international Flight, arrived early, so of course the driver organised fir the pick up Was not ready. However, the company noted our early arrival and organised another driver so we didn’t have to wait. We were exhausted after a long long journey from New York and we were so grateful to be picked up so promptly and whisked home. Thanks EasyGo! Great service!
