Our flight was diverted for 2 days to Brisbane instead of landing in Sydney and my dad kept in contact with the company so that we were picked up without a hitch when we eventually arrived in Sydney. Our return pick up to the airport was on time with a friendly driver. I can highly recommend this company for reliable service at a reasonable price.
Sung's punctuality was spot on. He was driving a mini bus, with a trailer, in Sydney traffic, and was there to pick me up on time. He text me to let me know he was on his way, which was greatly appreciated as it alleviated my anxiety about the service not turning up and the possible risk of me missing my flight. Thank you, for your five star service.
