Great email communication, driver arrived on time and the trip to airport was quick. Highly recommend.
My family of 4 needed an airport service to and fro Sydney International Airport. We were first-time customers of EasyGo without having any prior recommendations from anyone. It was a result of a Google search. Communications were top notch from the beginning of the booking process when we had questions about the service (Ride is Private and Not Shared) and the quote as well. It helped to receive a price that was more competitive as compared to another competitor we researched. Most importantly, the private service was excellent on both ride trips. The rides not only arrived on time but also timely email reminders and drivers personally messaging to keep us informed of their whereabouts in readiness for pick up. Finally, the drivers themselves and their respective vehicles were highly professional. Vehicles were clean, and drivers drove safely. Thanks Peter and EasyGo. We shall call in again the next time we need your service. Shall let others know as well
Prompt reply to my initial inquiry and once I confirmed the booking communication was regular. Driver was courteous, but he wasn't easy to find at the appointed place with a lot of people around. Perhaps holding a board with the EasyGo logo on and the client's name (as most shuttle companies here in NZ do) or wearing a shirt with the company logo? But overall a great experience and I will happily book this company again if I ever need transport in Sydney.
Just wanted to pass on huge thank you to Peter and your drivers on the service provided for our airport transfer trips . Peters prior help and communication with us via email when booking was appreciated. Nice friendly drivers (Sam and Wali), helpful and great communication with us. Our flights has been moved around , canceled and delayed so we arrived at completely different date and time then originally booked . Peter kept us advised all the time via email on our new pickup times and location. Brilliant customer service ! Will be using you guys again, next time and would highly recommend to our family and friends.
