Hi Peter, I have used easy go shuttle services before., with no problems. Yesterday you driver was on time, polite and a very good driver. The only thing was, he went to the airport the long way via Kingsgrove and Bexley from Epping. I have not been this way before, so when he dropped me off, I was a bit disoriented . He dropped me off at the International terminal, instead of the domestic terminal T2. Luckily I was able to get a train back to the domestic terminal to continue my my travel plans to Brisbane. I had plenty of time and made my flight easily. I know miscommunication happens, but please make sure I get picked up at the Domestic terminal T2 on Friday 10 th October on the return journey. Otherwise, I am ver happy with your service, and realise this is a one off problem. Kind Regards, Jo Burgess
Once again, using EasyGo Airport Shuttle was as its name suggests - very easy!! I booked Sydney Domestic to a city hotel and the return trip 6 days later. Everything was seamless and Sam who drove us both times, was first class. He was polite, loaded our cases and knew exactly where he was going, making both journeys quick so we arrived well in advance of our deadlines. Peter who organises the quote and receipt, then follow-up reminders, is very efficient. There was no way we were going to forget our pick-ups thats for sure. Thank you, I will use you again for sure.
